  SHIPPING & RETURNS  

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and delivery times are typically between 7.30am to 5.30pm for Mon - Fri local time. All UK mainland deliveries are charged at £10.00 per order. Deliveries to Ireland are £19.00 per order, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly are £13.00 per order and cost of shipping to the The Channel Islands is £20.00. Deliveries to mainland UK can also be made on Saturdays at a cost of £25.00 per order. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.

 

If you are ordering from outside any of the above zones we will advise you of any additional costs to your delivery, depending on your destination and the carrier that will be used. 

 

We acknowledge receipt of all orders via personal e-mail within a few working hours of receipt. 

Here at Hawk, we aim to dispatch orders within 4 - 5 working days of receipt (exc Sat - Sun & Bank Holidays). We will adivse you of any posible further delays when acknowledging receipt of your order. We ask for your patient at certain times of the year when we are particularly busy. This is usually from January to July inclusive and around the Christmas and New Year period. During this time we aim to dispatch your orders between 10 - 14 working days. In order to avoid any disappointment, please order early for Christmas and during pre-season.

 

If you are not normally at home during the day we will happily deliver to a neighbour or your place of work etc, which you can specify with your order by putting a note in the comments box or by selecting the delivery to other than your invoice address option at the checkout stage.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a very fair returns policy, should your goods not be the correct size or colour.

 

We offer either an exchange of goods or a total refund, providing that the goods have not been used, are returned in their original packaging and that you meet the cost of any additional postage incurred in completing the return and if applicable, any exchange. We suggest for your own security, that you use a recorded delivery service for any goods that you return to us and use the Goods Return note included with your order.

Please note, any items personalised with monograms or names, cannot be returned at any point.

 

Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you.
