Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery times are typically between 7.30am to 5.30pm for Mon – Fri local time.
All UK mainland deliveries are charged from £4.00 to £8.00 per order.

Shipping Information & Order Processing Times

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us in advance to confirm shipping costs.

We acknowledge receipt of all orders via personal email within a few working hours of receiving them.

At Hawk, we aim to dispatch orders within 10–14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays). If we anticipate any delays, we will inform you when we acknowledge your order.

Please note: Certain times of the year are particularly busy — especially January to July, and around Christmas and New Year. During these peak periods, dispatch times may extend to 21–28 working days. We kindly ask for your patience during these times.

To avoid disappointment, especially for Christmas and pre-season orders, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible.

If you are not normally at home during the day we will happily deliver to a neighbour or your place of work etc, which you can specify with your order by putting a note in the comments box or by selecting the delivery to other than your invoice address option at the checkout stage.

📦 Return Policy

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange it for a different size — provided that:

  • The item has not been used

  • It is returned in its original packaging

  • You cover any additional postage costs for returns or exchanges

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning goods. 


👕 Club-Badged Clothing

Please note:
All clothing items badged with a club logo are non-returnable, unless faulty.


🛍️ Click & Collect Orders

We will hold Collect in Store orders for up to 12 months.
If your order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be considered abandoned, and we reserve the right to dispose of it without refund.

Please note, any items personalised with monograms or names, cannot be returned at any point.

Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you.
