Before posting your bat, please ensure you fill out our Repair Form (located below) and include it in the package with your bat. This helps us process your service quickly and accurately.

All repairs are expected to take between 10-14 working days but may take longer during the cricket season due to higher demand.

Although we have an outstanding reputation for our bat repair service, we cannot guarantee the bats longevity due to the harsh nature of cricket.

We will not be held responsible for the storage of bats after a 3 month period from the date the repair is complete.
